Conservatives And Liberals Fight On Twitter
Sunday morning political talk-shows are not always the most heated venues for political exchange.
Recently Twitter, America’s social internet destination has been the battle ground for conservative and liberal engagement.
Not that most of what is going on is honorable, but rather blatantly extremist in nature.
Numerous attempts by liberal Twitterers to impersonate honest conservative accounts have left conservatives reaping the punishment from Twitter with accounts suspended: names will be left unidentified.
Liberal and gay activist have been actively attacking conservatives regarding their opposition to Obama and the homosexual push to both infiltrate the Republican Party and disturb the firm support for anti gay marriage efforts.
Tweet anything about voting against gay marriage, and you’ve open yourself to the most hateful abuse any reasonable person can tolerate.
The recent and ongoing fight about allowing homosexual donations into the Conservative Political Action Conference “CPAC” seems to be one of the first shots fired. Most Conservatives were caught unaware that their cause was under such direct assault by gay activist bent on infiltrating a values centered ideology.
These twitter exchanges have gotten so personal that reports of death threats are being made against Conservatives who hold their values so dear.
In an internet battle where goodness and honor are being ignored, it seems nothing is off limits to those who will have you accept them or else. The simplest advice for those under threat: never back down and take a wide step forward.
It seems that Americans can no longer agree to disagree without going ballistic at each other. Some of the filth and hate I have seen on Twitter and other places could certainly classify as hate speech. If it were conservatives displaying this kind of attitude towards liberals, you can bet it would be called just that.
