United Nations Agenda 21
Start saying “goodbye” to your land, your auto transportation, the free market, the U.S. Constitution and so much more. This is serious. The United Nations has a program that is called Agenda 21 which was “adopted by the U.N. Conference on Environment and Development on the 14 June 1992. This is a “comprehensive programme” of action to be implemented by governments, development agencies, United Nations organizations and independent sector groups in every area where human (economic) activity effects the environment.” (http://www.johannesburgsummit.org/html/basic_info/agenda21.html) But do not be fooled, this has nothing to do with governments governing themselves, it has to do with the United Nations controlling resources, labor unions, money, businesses, agriculture, healthcare, population, cities, education, food intake, car you drive (if you are allowed to have one), industry, where you can live, trade, water, and the list continues. Be afraid, be very afraid.
If the United States signs onto this whole package it will mean the end of the “American way of life”, period. Because this program will trump the U.S. Constitution in the end and will put environment, Mother Earth, and climate change ahead of all human and animal needs. Agenda 21 will “spread the wealth” (socialism) to all developing nations at the cost of billions to trillions to developed countries. So the people who cannot stop breeding in developing countries we the developed nations will be paying for their broods no matter the cost and consequences to us-that even means the lazy, good for nothing, drug addict and alcoholic will be getting support from you and me; oh wait a minute, that is already happening here in the United States!! On top of this, is the fact the plan includes only consuming what you need and leave no extra-gee that sounds like communism! There is also talk of controlling the population like China does now for the reason of “unsustainable consumption” and of course the stress on the environment, Mother Earth, and climate change.
Oh it gets better! In this Agenda 21 it also wants to create “Exclusive Economic Zones” on coastal areas in order to manage the “development and conservation of natural resources” (http://www.johannesburgsummit.org/html/basicinfo/agenda21.htm) that means if your business or home conflicts with the “Exclusive Economic Zones” you will be out of luck-kiss your business and/or home goodbye because it will be removed. Plus, the Agenda 21 will give control to the United Nations over all oceans including marine life and fishing businesses, also control of freshwater resources and making sure to penalize “polluters” like you and me or a cow for just taking a crap. On top of this control of freshwater resources will come a control of how much freshwater a business or home can consume (Section II, Chapter 18 of Agenda 21).
If Agenda 21 is embraced by the United States (we already have embraced “sustainable development” in our cities and in our agriculture -http://www.usda.gov/oce/sustainable/background.htm) the standard of living will fail due to all the American tax money and a certain percentage of the GNP (gross national product) that will be given to the United Nations to implement all the rules and regulations which in turn will become international law which will result in One World Government by the United Nations. Any country with a government and/or constitution will become a “puppet government” controlled by the United Nations and the freedoms we enjoy as Americans will be no more.

I first heard of agenda 21 a while ago. One of the biggest things I read about it was how they wanted to get everybody into cities. Well, I just read today how there’s money going to get more people on the farms. They both can’t be right.

They want to squeeze the majority of people into cities and then micromanagement agriculture to the point of only “small” farms that practice pretty much only organic farming. If you go to the United Nations website you can read the summary or the actual Agenda 21-look under “Meeting Agricultural Needs Without Destroying The Land” (Section III, Chapter 14 of Agenda 21) & read the section on “Promoting Sustainable Human Settlements (Section I, Chapter 7 of Agenda 21) also go to the above mentioned USDA website and put in “sustainable development”…it is all unnerving.
Also go YouTube and find some interesting information also on Agenda 21.

Anything that has to do with the UNITED NATION is to me anti American. I want nothing more than to see these assholes kicked out and see the United States free of these thugs
I’ve read a bit of it but not up-to-date on what it said. I find it interesting that they supposedly want small farms. That seems contrary to Monsanto’s wish to take over agriculture with GMO food. Since it seems that this “plan” is to help corporations (for the corporatists), that doesn’t seem right.
I’ll check it out more.

Yes, Randja, the UN is a corrupt organization that is full of nepotism and abuse of power. What’s worse, there are folks who want to dissolve the sovereignty of the USA (and the rest of the world) so this corrupt organization will “rule”. Well, it doesn’t take much in the way of brains to see that somebody wants to take the inept UN and use it as a tool, figuring that those in the UN are so corrupt that they won’t mind as long as they get to continue to get paid to do nothing. So it seems, it’s the “corporatists” who want to use the UN this way.
So, as I said, it doesn’t make sense to me that the corporatists would be promoting something (small farms that are “natural”) when one of the biggest corporations, Monsanto, is creating Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) to push out the “natural” farmers.
You guys are NUTS. Holy cow – please, for the rest of us, go back into your bunkers and await the apocalypse but leave the sane people to live in peace. Thanks for giving Americans a bad name, wingnut extremists.

So, “you people”, of course you’ve READ the document, right? Oh, you haven’t? I suppose you thought it was okay to pass Obamacare and “then find out what’s in it” as Pelosi said. Is it nuts to READ it or keep your head stuck in the sand?
stevor~ When I first learned that they want farming to go back to individuals what immediately came to my mind was that the small guy won’t have the money, lawyers, resources, or lobbyist to fight them like the big corporations do when they come after their farms. That is how they are going to be able to control our food along with water, energy, travel, housing, economy, etc. Laws are already being implemented through organizations as small as HOA’s (Homeowners Ass’s) where one can’t have a garden or one has to get permission to put in a garden.
Hey “You People”! You better wake up! This isn’t a joke… it isn’t a game… there are really better things I’d much rather be doing. But because of close minded people like YOU we are here having to do this. So go on with your cushy life while the rest of us saves YOUR butt! What is funny is the nay-sayers aren’t going to be exempt from it. The UN doesn’t care if he or she carries the water for them, they won’t get special favors or special treatment. They are only useful idiots so they better start doing some research before looking like fools.
Regarding the ability of people to farm, it reminds me of something. When I go out riding my bike here in California, I see star thistle has taken over thousands of acres. I guess that those acres previously had some sort of grass and the thistle is stronger but there are places where one guy pretty much got rid of it for a stretch of a mile. So, thinking about the possibility of somebody controlling food, I got an idea that even makes me chuckle. Kind of like Johnny Appleseed, I wonder if some of those acres might be able to grow wheat. So, I think I’ll try it on a few small areas to see if it grows and how well it competes with the other weeds.
I’ve also seen where sweet pea plants, which I don’t think are edible grow wild and wonder if other legumes might be able to be established there.
Yes, weird, but I plan to retire soon and it will be interesting to play with.
I am an American living in the Philippines Northern Mindanao. This is a third world country, way way over populated, ignorant, backward, impovershed, inefficient, indolent and corrupt. Families have many kids witch cannot be properly clothed, fed, educated or employed. Its countries like this that controll the united nations and its agenda 21. Population controll should be at the very top of the agenda of the UN. USA foreign aid should be conditional, requiring an agressive family planning program in the countries recieving that foreign aide. Here the agriculture is very small scale and inefficient and food is expensive as a result. The environment is degraded and every bit of jungle is cut down right up to the mountian tops and farmed. Erosion is a serious problem. We don’t need countries like this running America thru the UN!
Becki, who is it that started this whole Agenda 21? Who will benefit (as in monetarily) the most? How can we stop something like this from happening? What happened in 1992 that allowed this to be passed? I am afraid that too many people are hiding their heads in the sand thinking that our government has our best interest at heart when there have been too many things changed and passed recently and in the 90′s that were slipped in under the rug. Is this the whole conspiracy? Is this just a power thing where world control is the objective? Who would have that power? Has this been the goal all along? Who is in charge? Again I ask what can we do to retain the freedoms that we have always known? I have been hearing rumbling for the last 2 years that Obama is trying to have more control, is he to blame? Even in 1992? Or did “they” find someone to go along with what “they” wanted?
