WELCOME - Finally, Stump Report II is complete, but not yet totally finished. We have a number of other aspects to the site that we have yet to introduce, but they will have to wait. Many of you asked for the ability to make comments to our articles and now you can. Although, in doing this we lost some of our design looks we don't feel it is much of a loss. We are currently in a watch and see mode - deciding on what is working and what is not. Stump Report would like to ask for any suggestions you may have for the site, as it was designed to promote your ability to be fully informed. It is truly a tough job putting all of this together with such a limited set of resources, but it was necessary in order to assure that the freedom we now share never be infringed upon.
