SOCIAL JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Glass breaking!   People throwing rocks at police!   Burning cars!  People being beat up/killed!  business owners & their families being harassed/targeted!  This sounds like Greece right?  WELL NEWS FLASH! IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT HERE IN AMERICA!

This cannot be what social justice is about; right?  Social justice is about equality, fairness, reason, and peace; right?  Social justice has worked all over the world; right?  Such an ugly picture, this cannot possibly be what social justice is all about; right?

First, let me start with a definition of social justice: “Fair and proper administration of laws conforming to the natural law that all persons, irrespective of ethnic origin, gender, possessions, race, religion, etc…, are to be treated equally without prejudice”.   (Business dictionary).

Let me break it down a bit more.  Natural law is defined as “ Idea of perfect law, based on equity, fairness, reason, by which all man-made laws (see positive law) are to be measured and to which they must (as closely as possible) conform.

Natural law is derived from the concept that the entire universe is governed by cosmic laws on which human conduct should be based, and which can be deduced through reasoning and the moral sense of what is right or wrong”.  (Business dictionary).   Now the definition of Positive law: “Body of man made laws consisting of codes, regulations, and statutes enacted or imposed within a political entity such as a state or nation”.  (Business dictionary).   Following me so far?

Second, let me define communism and socialism.  Communism is defined as “a theory advocating elimination of private property, a system in which goods are owned in common and are available to all as needed, a doctrine based on revolutionary Marxian socialism and Marxism-Leninism that was the official ideology of the U.S.S.R, a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state owned means of production, a final stage of society in Marxist theory in which the state has withered away and economic goods are distributed equitably”.

(Merriam-Webster Dictionary, 2001).  Socialism is defined as “ any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of  goods, a system of society or group living in which there is no private property, a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state, a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done”.  (Merriam-Webster Dictionary, 2001).   Still with me?

Third, now let me talk about what the unions in this country and around the world with the help of organizations like the Centre for Social Justice, Green Peace, and Social Justice are doing.  If you go to the websites for the Teamster, SEIU, and the AFL-CIO you will find something very disturbing: anti-free market!

Their websites talk of social and global justice, even democracy for all, but that really means is government and/or unions in charge of all business and dictating what each employee will be paid, when they can retire, and other benefits. How has that been working for you Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Italy?   Anybody who is paying dues to a union; do you know that your money is going to countries like Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain?

I use to belong to a union, a very well known union and I did not know that my dues went to contribute to killing and unrest in countries across the world and in the end enslaving people to a lower standard of living and higher taxes in the long run. Did you?

Are you getting the picture yet?  Do you like what you see?  I sure do not! Social justice is a word thrown around to get you to feel guilty, force you into a union, give your hard earned property and wealth to some lazy good for nothing crack head, enslave you to higher taxes, and be under the thumb/control of government and/or unions.  How has that been working for Greece (Spain, Portugal, & Italy)?

If it was so great why did the U.S.S.R. fall apart and separate?   Do you want your hard earned money to go to the lazy, good for nothing down the street?  Are you willing to give up your property, your savings, retirement, and your right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” to the likes of the White House and Congress?  Is this what you want to leave to your posterity?

Social justice is anything but justice, but an excuse for government and unions to take the control of your lives-this is definitely not what our Founding Fathers fought and died for.  Those who fought in the Revolutionary War wanted to get government out of their businesses, their churches, and have the freedom to succeed or fail without the governments’ intrusion.

This was the land of opportunity and many have come from countries that “practice” social justice and have flocked here to the USA to work for a better life, not to work hard and give it to the lazy, good for nothing crack head!  What do you want?
