First, what is “economic fairness”?  Economic fairness is that everybody is born into the same amount of money, with brains and common sense, excels at all things including reading, writing, math, and born into great and safe neighborhoods, with great education.  Nobody has any problems or challenges mentally or physically and everybody is the same.  This is not reality! Here in the real America (the world), people are born with unique attributes, in good and bad neighborhoods, with things they excel in and things they struggle doing, with physical and mental challenges, and with not always good education.  No two people are the same and what they earn at their jobs/careers reflect that.  

Second, why should America be scared?  This “economic fairness” is code word for social justice which is a code word for socialism/communism.  This is not what America was founded on.  America was founded on “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” (Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776), not everybody is the same and deserves another man’s money for work he did not do-I can hear our Forefathers turning in their graves-this is what they came to the New World to escape.  America was founded on hard work, faith in God, and giving charity to those who needed it by the way of the church-not by entitlement.

America should be scared of words like “economic fairness”, “fair play”, “shared responsibility” because it all boils down to a few elitists in government (like Europe and the former USSR) giving money to those who sit on their butts and do nothing but suck off those that work hard.  This also slows innovation, research and development, lowers production, and stagnates the economy, which leads to unmanageable debt; again as seen now in Europe and the former USSR.  

 Third, so what can we do to make sure “economic fairness” does not happen or in other words America does not end up a socialist/communist state?  It starts with election 2012 and that means defeat Obama and his cronies, including anybody running for a senate or house seat that has helped push the socialist/communist agenda of the Obama administration.  Clean up our public schools and give the control back to the states and parents and eliminate the Department of Education and tenure for all teachers.  Overturn Obamacare and address the real problems in health care like tort reform and denial for pre-existing conditions, plus bring competition into the insurance industry and allow everybody to purchase the insurance they want even across state lines.  Cut any agency that has been created by the Obama administration and make sure that czars cannot be appointed again.  On top of this, make sure senate and house members can only serve 2 consecutive terms and that is it in a lifetime.  Make the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States part of each American’s education from elementary to college level.  These are just some suggestions on what we can do as Americans to stop this progression to socialism/communism. 

In conclusion, “economic fairness” is code word for social justice which is a code word for socialism/communism.  There cannot be any “economic fairness” in this world because everybody is born into a variety of circumstances, whether be rich or poor, smart or slow learner, access to good education, good or bad neighborhood, or whatever the case is nobody is born the same or into the same circumstances (God made us all different with different challenges to face).  America was founded on hard work, love of God, and charity to those who need it; not to those who think it is owed to them for some stupid reason.  If America does not change course and re-elects Obama for a second term as president, then America will fall as we know it into socialism/communism-is this what we want to hand our posterity?

I wonder if the Obama administration knows how much blood is on their hands trying to push this anti-Second Amendment agenda.  Sadly, this administration does not care how many people will be murdered trying to push their political agenda and that is made very evident in the letter from A.G. Eric Holder to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform dated October 7, 2011 (http://www.foxnews/politics/2011/10/07/holder-challenges-fast-and-furious-allegations-in-scathing-letter-to-congress/)  “A telling moment in this regard came during one of the Fast and Furious hearings held by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform when Representative Maloney sought to question  ATF witnesses about potential reforms to our laws that would help stem the flow of illegal weapons.  Representative Maloney was cut-off in mid-sentence by Chairman Issa, who then “cautioned” the witness that it would not “valid testimony” to respond to such questions because the Committee was not interested in “proposed legislation and the like.” “Even in the face of an unprecedented flow of guns across the border, too many in Congress still oppose every effort to reform our gun laws in ways that would make the United States and our Mexican neighbors safer.”  Eric Holder as you can read is more concerned about the Obama administration anti-Second Amendment agenda than they are the people that are getting killed because of their determination to disarm law abiding Americans.  There is not even the mention of any regret of the killing of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry at the hands of those who allowed “Fast and Furious” to be implemented in the first place.  All there is another blame game of the former Bush administration and blaming law abiding Americans exercising their Second Amendment rights. 

On top of this political agenda, they have not just forgotten the human toll but they also forgot about the rules and regulations that govern any weapon going into another country from the United States and that is where the Arms Export Control Act comes in.  This act “prohibits anyone from exporting firearms to other countries unless the U.S. State Department issues a permit.  There is no “law enforcement” exception that would apply to “Fast and Furious”. (Kopel, David.  October 2011. Mexico Comes Knocking. Pg 39).  Also, with this act comes the fact the United States President would have to sign off on all things pertaining to any weapon going across our border into another country.  So we either have a very dumb president or a very smart one who is trying to use the “backdoor” to get his anti-Second Amendment legislation passed, no matter what the human cost is. This act also includes the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Secretary of Treasury and the Secretary of State knowing and signing off on any kind of export of arms to any country. 

So is the anti-Second Amendment debacle “Fast and Furious” worth the human toll and breaking the Arms Export Control Act?  I really do not think so, all it has proven is what lengths this present administration is willing to go to and that is really sad.  But the Obama administration may have the last laugh if Mexico’s lawsuit against American gun manufacturers gets taken seriously and rammed through the Supreme Court or heaven forbid the International Court.  Just another way the Obama administration is willing to do in order to take away law abiding Americans Second Amendment rights.

One does not have to look far to see the deception that is green jobs through solar power. In the news as of late we have all seen the boondoggle that was Solyndra. To refresh your memory our illustrious President visited this solar cell manufacturer last year and donated $500 million (bailout / stimulus) of your tax dollars to their cause.  Last week Solyndra and your money disappeared as the company filed for bankruptcy.  In that case as in the case of the Deely plant closure, the common denominator is the loss of jobs rather than the creation of jobs.  This seems to be a theme in the new “Green Economy.”  Rather than being the birthplace of employment and prosperity, it has proven instead to be the cemetery where we bury jobs and the crematorium where we burn money.  The over $500 million given to Solyndra didn’t create jobs; it lost over 1,000 jobs and the closing of the Deely power plant in San Antonio will result in the loss of over 500 jobs.  Adding to the complexity of this closure is the loss of generating capacity.  This will put a strain on the existing power grid already struggling to keep up with demand.  Organizations like the Sierra Club and their partners will not stop with the Deely power plant; more closures are on the horizon.  This plant closing is yet another example of how the EPA is wielding its regulatory authority like an impulsive child swinging a samurai sword – your only hope is to NOT be in the way.  However, not being in the way has become almost impossible since the regulation being used in this case (The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule) has become the EPA’s weapon of choice against power providers.

I have written extensively on the stated goal of the liberal left and their pursuit of a green economy through green jobs.  In my book I dedicated a chapter to this myth and the conclusion that I came to is that they simply never pan out.  If you don’t believe me just look at Spain and the consequences they are facing right now due to this unrealistic mythical pipedream.  Spain is on the verge of default and is a big part of the current European debt crisis. Look at Solyndra and what your tax dollars were able to accomplish there – nothing. The loss of 500 jobs when the Deely power plant closes is real, the promised creation of 1,000 jobs through solar power in the future doesn’t pay those laid off worker’s bills or help an already overburdened power grid.  Green jobs and a new green economy are merely government tools used to redistribute wealth and that is a fact.  What we need are solutions not bedtime fairytales.

If the Federal Government really wanted to solve our energy crisis they would drastically curtail the EPA regulatory process and work with energy companies to continue to develop our natural resources.  They would help to retrofit and update plants through things like tax credits or deferred taxes. Or simply lower the tax burden across the board.  They would get out of the way and unleash the innovative entrepreneurial spirit that has made this country the envy of the free world.  Ladies and gentlemen, there are solutions and they can be found under the ground and in the minds of our people.  Clean coal is a reality; rather than banning it we should be working to unlock its full potential.  We have enough natural gas beneath our feet to power us well into the future and enough petroleum to do the same.  Rather than stifling their use we should be working to advance their uses.  We need to cut the noose that is binding our industrial and entrepreneurial complex and let them bring these resources into the 21^st century rather than forcing them to operate as though it were the dark ages and then proclaiming them archaic.  That is backward thinking and if you want to move forward you can’t spend your time looking backwards.

None of this is possible unless we finally put to rest the myth that is “Green.”  Green isn’t going to ride in on a white horse and save the day.  Green pursuits should be an augmenting tool in our energy toolbox not the only tool. Those who tell you that alternative sources like wind and solar are the answer to obtain energy independence are lying and speak from their ideology, not from reality. The sun doesn’t always shine and the wind doesn’t always blow.  The use of Coal, Natural Gas and Oil are a reality, and the truth is that responsibly blending these into the energy mix is the future.  Until we get real when it comes to energy and energy independence we will not solve anything and we will continue to lose jobs and weaken America.  The Deely power plant closing in San Antonio is just the beginning of the Obama administration’s march to outlaw energy production as we know it, and to increase the cost of energy as we know it.  All of this is being done in the name of creating a new America with a green economy.  I say that I like the America my parents and their parents built and I say Texas cannot become the realization of a scheme that will destroy our America.  This is the time; Texas is the place – stand with me and let’s get to work defunding the EPA.  Help me dismantle the plan that would see our natural resources demonized for a flawed ideology.

You even tried to sell tax cuts for businesses especially small businesses but these are only temporary and who in their right mind running a business going to hire an American for only six months to a year just to receive a tax cut?  Not many, if any!  You do not have any clue how much money and time it takes to train a new employee.  On top of this, you are proposing a cut in the payroll tax, another temporary fix-gee how did this work the first time?  NOT! We still have over 14 million Americans with no jobs!

Just like in 2009 you want to extend unemployment benefits for another year-gee how did that work the first time?  It didn’t!!  Unemployment went up and consumer spending and confidence down…this does not work!  Where are the states going to find the money for this?  States are going broke and you want to keep adding more burdens upon them?  How ridiculous!  Extending unemployment benefits does not create jobs it just creates more of an entitlement attitude!!

Again, you are trying to sell the 2009 stimulus bill last night by talking about billions of dollars to throw at infrastructure (roads/bridges), teachers, and veterans. Gee where is the buzz word “shovel ready” while we are at it?  How does this even put a ecent dent in over 14 million Americans out of work when according to some economists that it may only “create” 1.4 million jobs?  What a crock of crap!

Just when I thought it could not get any worse you had to keep repeating “Pass this bill…” seventeen times!  Who was political grandstanding?  This appears to me that you are more worried about campaigning to keep your job as president then the poorU.S.economy and the Americans its effecting.  So stop pointing fingers at everybody else and realize that you have three fingers pointing at you! 

You continued thusly to keep the socialist agenda alive by saying this jobs bill is to keep everything fair to all Americans-excuse me!  This country was not built on “fair” (code word for entitled) this country was built on men and women getting off their butts and working hard and sacrificing many comforts to obtain their American Dream!  It does not say anything about being “fair” in the U.S. Constitution! Along with this is the notion that millionaires and billionaires need to “pay their fair share”.  Do you even realize who you are talking about?  The small businesses you say you want to help-duh!  How is that even helping?  You dump more taxes on small businesses which will in turn create fewer jobs because many will be closing by the weight of taxes and regulations. More taxes are a job killer-DUH!

Finally, your speech was just a repeat of the 2009 stimulus bill with a few words added and subtracted.  This country does not need more stimulus money or higher taxes or for that matter short term fixes.  What this country needs is a long term plan that will reduce the deficit, the size of the federal government, cut entitlements, go to a flat tax, cut the corporate tax (highest in the world), put Americans back to work, and stop spending money on short term fixes just to get re-elected to the White House.  Plus, no more political grandstanding as I saw last night during your speech-enough already! Time to get to work and that does not mean for photo ops!!

An American who has had enough!!

This person has been the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, Assistant Secretary for International Organization Affairs, Senior V. P. of AEI, Attorney for Lerner, Reed, Bolton, and McManus, Assistant Attorney General; Department of Justice, Attorney with Covington and Burling, and Assistant Administrator for Program and Policy Coordination, General Counsel, and U. S. Agency for International Development.  Plus, this persons’ education includes a J.D. fromYaleUniversityLawSchool, and a B. A. fromYaleUniversity.  The person I am talking about is John R. Bolton. 

The progressive left hate John R. Bolton and many countries likeNorth Koreado not like to deal with him because he is straight and to the point and does not back down-he does not like to bend over and take it from behind!  He also does not like the United Nations or Obama for their plans to create a One World Government, plus he would not sign theUnited Statesto be part of the International Criminal Court (Rome Statute) that would subject theUnited Statesto U.N. law and discipline and circumvent the U.S. Constitution and theU.S.court system.   Along with this, in 2001 at a U.N. Conference on Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons, he made it clear that anything that interfered with any Americans “right to keep and bear arms” as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the U. S. Constitution; which this did, the United States wanted no part of it. 

John R. Bolton has been accused of being rude and down right nasty to those who defy him and are negotiating with him.  Some countries have refused to deal with him when he was the Ambassador to the United Nations like North Korea; I guess they could not stand up to his being blunt and to the point-the North Koreans have “thin skins” I guess after all.  There is not a thing wrong with coming into any negotiation tough and being to the point-it eliminates most of the political dancing that so many politicians like to do which wastes valuable time and money of all taxpayers!

John R. Bolton believes in American exceptionalism and is not ashamed to say that to anybody including those who hate us including our own President or his puppeteer George Soros.  We are the “shining city on the hill” as Ronald Reagan said and many people from different countries agree with that and do everything they can to come here to be a part of that.  There is nothing wrong with believing in Americans and how great they can be!  If that is a crime, arrest me now!

John R. Bolton is human like everybody else and that means he not perfect, but he strongly believes in the U.S. Constitution and upholds it every chance he gets.  He will not bend to the will of any one nation nor will he bend to the will of the United Nations.  He will fight for the freedom of all Americans and make sure to punish anybody who messes with this great country of ours!  He is not afraid to take onIran,Syria,Cuba,Mexicoor any country that threatens our national security!  Some people think he to quick to jump into a fight, but it is better then what our president is doing now-NEGLIGENT, INCOMPETENT, SOCIALIST AGENDA, WEAK, ANTI-AMERICAN, MUSLIM, AND NO USE FOR THE U.S. CONSTITUTION!  He will also make sure to have people in positions that know what they are doing and will be able to put this country back on track financially and put Americans back to work!  It is time for John R. Bolton to run for President of theUnited Statesin 2012!

If the United States signs onto this whole package it will mean the end of the “American way of life”, period.  Because this program will trump the U.S. Constitution in the end and will put environment, Mother Earth, and climate change ahead of all human and animal needs.  Agenda 21 will “spread the wealth” (socialism) to all developing nations at the cost of billions to trillions to developed countries.  So the people who cannot stop breeding in developing countries we the developed nations will be paying for their broods no matter the cost and consequences to us-that even means the lazy, good for nothing, drug addict and alcoholic will be getting support from you and me; oh wait a minute, that is already happening here in the United  States!!  On top of this, is the fact the plan includes only consuming what you need and leave no extra-gee that sounds like communism!  There is also talk of controlling the population like China does now for the reason of “unsustainable consumption” and of course the stress on the environment, Mother Earth, and climate change. 

Oh it gets better! In this Agenda 21 it also wants to create “Exclusive Economic Zones” on coastal areas in order to manage the “development and conservation of natural resources” (http://www.johannesburgsummit.org/html/basicinfo/agenda21.htm) that means if your business or home conflicts with the “Exclusive Economic Zones” you will be out of luck-kiss your business and/or home goodbye because it will be removed.  Plus, the Agenda 21 will give control to the United Nations over all oceans including marine life and fishing businesses, also control of freshwater resources and making sure to penalize “polluters” like you and me or a cow for just taking a crap.  On top of this control of freshwater resources will come a control of how much freshwater a business or home can consume (Section II, Chapter 18 of Agenda 21). 

If Agenda 21 is embraced by the United States (we already have embraced “sustainable development” in our cities and in our agriculture -http://www.usda.gov/oce/sustainable/background.htm)  the standard of living will fail due to all the American tax money and a certain percentage of the GNP (gross national product) that will be given to the United Nations to implement all the rules and regulations which in turn will become international law which will result in One World Government by the United Nations.  Any country with a government and/or constitution will become a “puppet government” controlled by the United Nations and the freedoms we enjoy as Americans will be no more.

According to Obamas letter to Congress that was published June 15, 2011 it states as follows “ As I reported on March 21, and at my direction, consistent with a request from the Arab League, and as authorized by the United Nations Security Council under the provisions of U.N. Security Council Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (http://www.un.org/sc/committees/1970/resolutions.shtml ), U.S. military forces commenced operations on March 19, 2011, to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe and address the threat posed to international peace and security by the crisis in Libya and to protect the people of Libya from the Qadhafi regime”.  As you can read there is not any referral to an attack upon Americans or for that matter upon United States-so why is our military even in Libya?  It continues “Since April 4, U.S. participation has consisted of: (1) non-kinetic support to the NATO-led operation, including intelligence, logistical support, and search and rescue assistance; (2) aircraft that have assisted in the suppression and destruction of air defenses in support of the no-fly zone; and (3) since April 23, precision strikes by unmanned aerial vehicles against a limited set of clearly defined targets in support of the NATO-led coalitions efforts”.  (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/06/15/president-obamas-letter-to -house-speaker-boehner-on-war-powers-resolution/ ).   Why is the United States military being used by the United Nations to forward their agenda?  As the United States help bomb Qadhafi and his henchmen’s compounds we have no idea who the rebels really are-gee could we be supporting another Usama Bin Laden or worse?  This is how the Vietnam conflict was-the United States military could not pinpoint who was on our side or not.  Not including the fact that this is against the U.S. Constitution and The War Powers Act of 1973 (War Powers Resolution) (http://www.thecre.com/fedlaw/legal22/warpow.htm ).

It has been over 90 days since Obama committed our military to help the United Nations in Libya and that is also against The War Powers Act of 1973.  Obama is not doing anything to get our military out of Libya and does not have any plan other than to follow what the United Nations wants us to do.  Why doesn’t Congress grow some backbone and come after Obama for this and make him remove the U.S. military out of Libya before it grows into another Vietnam?  Between the U.S. Constitution and The War Powers Act of 1973 they are suppose to keep the president from using the U.S. Military for whatever he/she feels like it, including doing the United Nations bidding.  America lost too many of its sons and daughters in Vietnam for no reason and now it will happen again if we do not make Congress call back our military from Libya.   

Obama and his administration are not above the U.S. Constitution and The War Powers Act of 1973-the laws of the land.  For a man who was against the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq Obama is sure ready to pull the trigger on anybody the United Nations deem to be a danger even if it not to the United States.  The U.S. military is not the property of the president to do what he wishes; it is the military of the people, for the people.  Let us make it so! Congress hear America-GET THE U.S. MILITARY OUT OF LIBYA, NOW!

The Obama administration is now using this so called “study” to limit the importation of shotguns that do not meet the “sporting purpose” defined by the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the definitions used by the work group in the “Study on the Importability of Certain Shotguns”.  On top of this, the Attorney General Eric Holder is in charge of determining if a firearm is generally accepted for use in sporting purposes…nervous yet? The now definition of “sporting purposes” according to this study is for hunting and other generally recognized or formalized competitive events similar to the traditional shooting sports of trap, skeet, and clays.  This will not include “plinking” which is defined as shooting at non traditional targets-like tin cans in a casual manner because it gives too broad of a definition that would include all firearms.  This will also not include practical shooting which is defined as shooting rapidly and accurately as possible with any kind of firearm.  Basically, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives are changing the definition of “sporting purposes” to make it impossible to import any shotguns to the U.S. 

Now U.S. Sen. Diane Feinstein from California is urging Obama to have the BATFE use their study to have a stricter Semi-Auto import ban and she claims this would help reduce the violence in Mexico and the United States.  Has she not been paying attention?  Violence in the USA was down again in 2010 according to FBI statistics-since more and more states have been passing Right to Carry laws.  Can we not see the trend already forming by this so called study? 

This is the “backdoor” the anti-gun movement is trying to use in order to disarm every law abiding American citizen in the long run.  The shotguns are just the starting point and as long as the definition of “sporting purpose” does not include plinking and practical shooting-and keeps changing to fit the anti-gun rhetoric; the anti-gun movement will flush the Second Amendment down the toilet. 

But wait there is hope!  The “sporting purpose” limitation imposed by the Gun Control Act of 1968 is not even constitutional; because the law was put into effect long before the Right-to-Carry movement and before the Heller decision….the Gun Control Act of 1968 should become history.  So now make sure to keep your eyes open to make sure that the Attorney General Eric Holder and the Obama administration do not get through this “backdoor” at all.  Call your Congressmen/women to let them know this is not constitutional and you want them to amend the Gun Control Act of 1968, plus make sure that the BATFE and the Attorney General have no authority on what  firearms can be shipped into this country!

Obama has done nothing to stop the invasion of illegals and drug cartels flooding into this country and killing Americans.  Obama has “conflict of interests” when it comes to giving Brazil $2B from United States taxpayers to drill for oil and guess who just happens to own shares in the oil company?  That is right George Soros.  Obama has kowtowed to the United Nations on supposed Human Rights violations in this country; even though those who have judged us are the worse offenders/violators in the world.  Obama wants to somehow bypass Congress to put into place the Arms Trade Treaty sponsored by the United Nations with George Soros’s financial help-even though that would violate every Americans Second Amendment right to “keep and bear arms.” This is not including Obama mixing it up with thugs like the SEIU and the AFL-CIO and putting his nose into the business of states who are trying to lower their debt by trying to end the strangle hold unions have taxpayers.  These are just a few things Obama has done that he should be impeached because according to the U.S. Constitution Article II Section 4 “The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and Misdemeanors.” 

It is time for the House Judiciary Committee (http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/thepresidentandcabinet/a/impeachment.htm) to proceed to begin a formal inquiry into the issue of impeaching Obama.  This man has not preserved, protected, or defended the U.S. Constitution; instead he has ignored it completely.  Obama has bypassed the Congress too many times and the final straw should be this war with Libya that is costing American taxpayers billions of dollars-we have not even left Iraq or Afghanistan yet.  Libya has not tried to invade us like the illegals and the drug cartels; Libya has not killed any Americans in many years like the illegal’s and drug cartels, Libya has not threatened our U.S. Constitution like Obama and his hoards of communist buddies (George Soros, Van Jones, Cass Sunstein, Bill Maher, and Steve Lerner; to name a few), plus we do not follow the United Nations in anything unless it is approved by a two-thirds majority of the Senate.  This fits into treason, bribery, and high crimes and this is just skimming the top of the whole impeachment of Obama. 

It is time for the American people to stand up and call for the impeachment of Obama and any other “civil officers” of the United States who have committed “Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes” against the U.S. Constitution!

Answers do not come easy but it is very easy to sink into despair and discouragement that saps us of our strength and resolve.

4. “But they that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings as eagles. They will run and not be weary. They will walk and not faint.” (For Jewish patriots).

5. I will not be deterred by opposition no matter how fierce or how formidable.

6. “Give me liberty or give me death.”

7. I am endowed by my Creator will certain unalienable rights that no government and no earthly power can legitimately negate.

8. I believe in the power of the one, the individual, who always takes precedence over the collective.

9. I will take responsibility for my own life, my own choices, my own course, and refuse to allow my fellow citizens to take such responsibility, either through government or any other entity, except through voluntary expressions of assistance if there is a need.

10. I believe in the American dream, the shining city on a hill, where all citizens have the equal opportunity to succeed, not where all citizens are forced to be ‘equal’ in the name of ‘social justice.’

It is to be hoped that these affirmations will provide the patriot with encouragement during these troublesome times.
