Articles sored throughout the Internet about how the children were stolen by potential smugglers without regard to accuracy.

Granted, their are fresh concerns for the children’s safety in Haiti, due to the earthquake and and inability for police forces to monitor illegal activity.

however, when this incident broke, news agencies rushed to fed upon what little information there was and unscrupulous reporters began to embellish the story with an evil bent.

Hillary Clinton should have known better to come out with such a comment, but instead it looks as if she has been sucked into the mass hysteria of the matter.

These baptist missionaries who were arrested are part of a group called *new life children’s refuge* who have been working in Haiti for some time and have not shown a history of illegal activity.

After the earthquake they felt that the Dominican Republic would be a safer place for the children, most courts and public buildings were destroyed and documentation to remove the children likely impossible to gain: they took the children anyway.

Although seemingly criminal, this act was likely heroic. The fact that the Haitian Government can not process the Christians in custody is a testimony that the children would have likely never gained the proper documentation to leave.

Right now there are thousands of Christian’s in Haiti doing tremendous work feeding, clothing, comforting, providing medical attention, and very likely starting the building process.

You will likely not have a CNN reporter cover their great work; although, they continue day after day after day rescueing and protecting those in need.

Their infrastructure for logistics, much of which is funded from Christians around the world, were on the ground well before any of President Obama’s Marines hit the beaches with 5.62 ammo to distribute. Their intentions are not for political points nor photo opportunities.

The truth of this matter is that those Americans in custody could have easily been processed and their guilt or innocence determined within a day or two by Hilliary Clinton becoming involved, yet she stayed out.

The likelihood that these missionaries had criminal intentions are very low and most understand this, but for some reason Hillary Clinton and the Haitian Government feel the Christians are better behind bars. This just may, very well be, not a case of smuggling at all, but of who gets the credit.

Most Americans are sick and tired of our Southern border issues namely illegal entry and violent crime, most of which is not going away soon enough. While the Democratic Party demonizes Republicans for expecting Mexican immigrants to register legally for entry, Republicans counter with suggestions that Democrats are really only interested in more uneducated voters.

So, all of this, leaves the nations Mexican immigration issue, at an impasse, and with the Haiti issue fast approaching, a boiling point, America can not longer afford arguing about our Southern Border.

America has always been the land of the free; a land of the honest and hardworking people and to just ignore what has occurred with illegal immigration has become the main sticking point of our Immigration policy impasse.

The issue is weather people who have violated our laws deserve the right to become American citizens. Most people in just hearing this would say no, as a matter of principle.

Yet, many Liberal Democrats, for what ever reason, believe that America’s current population of immigrants deserve immediate citizenship; therefore, we are in the situation that we are.

Will this impasse every be solved, sure it will, and sadly when one or the other party gains enough votes to force their position? This is likely the only way for a solution on this issue as both sides are diametrically opposed to the others proposal. The only other way is a compromise.

The outcome of this delay is obvious to the American populace, or is it? Republicans see hundreds of millions of dollars going to illegal aliens who remain loyal to Mexico, while Democrats count potential votes with little re-guard for budget deficits and service overloads.

One might think that the Immigrants or illegal aliens depending on your political leaning might be burdened with such uncertainty on residency? The truth of matter is that these people who crossed the borders of Mexico and The United States are thriving just the way they are. Not only do they have medical care, but education for their children and even College opportunities throughout the United States. Most of these services provide free of charge.

The solution: First, stop all Southern border immigration and reject the Democratic Parties demand that those who have rejected our laws should gain immediate citizenship. To accept such a demand is counter to the American way and is a retreat from the ideas that made this nation great.

Immediately, the Federal Government and State Governors should enforce all federal laws on immigration with adjustments made to fit this fine solution.

Furthermore, each elected Democratic Party member and their leadership should be censured for supporting an intentional effort to circumvent the laws of the people.

All single Mexican citizens and married couples without children who are in the United States Illegally must return to Mexico and apply as Mexican citizens and undergo normal processing. If they fail to leave the United States within 30 days they will forever loose their right to apply for citizenship.

For Families with children living within the United States, the head of the household must return to Mexico and apply with an expedited visa to return to their family. Parents that pass criminal checks and apply appropriately in Mexico will be granted citizenship after they pay for all fees necessary: no fines will be required. The goal of this solution is to not uproot existing families and to not punish those who would be willing to start over as an honorable immigrants to the United States. Families whose head of the household refuse to make the trip to Mexico will automaticaly loose the right of their family to remain in the United States: they will be removed.

Border security is necessary to keep the borders closed to illegal crossings. Anyone found crossing and caught will be fingerprinted and they will loose their right to ever immigrate. This information will be provided to Mexican immigration officials as to warn Mexicans of the consequences of attempting an illegal crossing.

Harbering an illigal illian will be a federal offience.

Work permits will be expedited for seasonal work.

Although the idea of asking everyone to leave is favorable it would be as un-American as what the Democrats Did to this nation when designing this mess. The solution above is both fair and reasonable.

I grew up flying the flag on Memorial Day attending the parades with my dad and hearing his stories of his gambling for rotten beer on unknown Japanese islands during the war. Freedom and the rule of law were instilled in me from birth, as it was with most of you. However, for some really weird reason our current Administration has taken a firm stance with some of the most terrible dictators ever to exist in the Americas. On June 28th 2009 the Supreme Court and Military of the nation of Honduras decided to forcible remove their current President Manuel Zelaya for crimes against the constitution and the people. Instead of trying him in court they exiled him to Costa Rica. This immediately garnered a response from all of the regions socialist leaders including Venezuela’s Socialist President Hugo Chavez who has threaten to return his comrade forcible. A crazy thing has happened, so un-usual and bizarre that it was un-expected. The President of the United States came out in favor of Mr. Zelaya’s return to his position and promoted such additional actions from the UN and other European nations. This in turn triggered the World Banking Organization to halt loans to Error! Hyperlink reference not valid.small the Honduran nation. Without any regard for the soverienty of the Honduran people or constitution a great force has been brought upon this tiny nation.

In trying to wrap my mind around the justification for such international condemnation I realized that something else may be at play. Now granted the Honduran Government should have just jailed Mr. Zelaya instead of exiling him. However, if it were I who was exiled, it would have been better to conduct a defense of any charges from Costa Rica. That said, what else is going on? Well Honduran Foreign Minister, Enrique Ortez dropped a bombshell while interviewing with CNN this week when he said that Honduras had proof that Zelaya was allowing U.S. bound cocaine from Venezuela to pass through Honduras un-obstructed. Mr. Ortez went on to say the United States Drug Enforcement Agency was aware that Zelaya had ties to organized crime. If this is true, the immediate and dramatic response of Venezuela and the United States Administration lend credence to the notion that this has nothing to do with the rule of law but the supply of drugs. There has always been speculation that the United States allowed certain quantities of drugs to enter the United States borders. Is it possible that the decision by the Honduran Government to get rid of Mr. Zelaya was an effort to expose and stop trafficking within their nation. This cause alone would have those involved under direct threat by all nations involved in either using drugs or trafficking them. You know, like most of you I don’t always know the whole story, but this Honduran think really makes America stink. When ever an American President sides with murderous socialist dictators I begin to worry. I will support the rule of law and the right of the Honduran Government to manage their own affairs.
